Doclinix Privacy Policy

During Google Calendar authentication via OAuth, we collect:

• Name and email of the authenticated user.
• Access token restricted to the event synchronization scope (calendar.events).

We do not collect, store, or access other Google information beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

The information obtained is used exclusively for:

• Synchronizing Doclinix calendar events with the user's Google calendar.
• Automatically updating medical appointments as scheduled or modified in the Doclinix system.

This data is not shared with third parties or used for marketing or statistical purposes.

Before starting synchronization, the user will be informed through an explanatory modal, containing:

"By synchronizing your calendar with Google, Doclinix may create and update events in your Google Calendar, related to your medical consultations and appointments registered on the platform."

Consent is obtained directly through Google's standard OAuth flow, and the requested scope is limited to what is necessary for this function.

The user may, at any time:

• Revoke access directly in their Google account settings.
• Unlink their Google account from Doclinix through the application settings.

When access is revoked, the authentication token is automatically removed from our systems.

All data is stored with encryption. We use secure channels (HTTPS) for communication with Google's API.

The OAuth token is maintained only while the account is synchronized and is discarded after revocation.

This application complies with Google's limited data usage requirements:

• We do not use data in an unauthorized manner.
• We do not sell, transfer, or expose it to third parties.
• We ensure minimal and justified use of granted permissions.

The user may request, at any time:

• Information about what data is stored.
• Permanent deletion of the link with Google Calendar.
• Support related to the use of the integration through our official support channel.
